Paulus Church (RW.)

"St. Paul's Church (GermanPauluskirche) is a Reformed Church in Basel,Switzerland. The church was constructed between May 1898 and November 1901 by Karl Moser (1860–1936) and Robert Curjel and features a Neo-Romanesque architectural style.

"The apse is fitted with a stone pulpit that is raised behind a stone communion table. The apse also features a gallery, with a central arch behind the pulpit, in which the organ and choir are placed. It features artwork in Art Nouveau style including relief work on the church exterior above the main entrance by sculptor Carl Burckhardt (1878–1923),mosaics on the inner front wall by Heinrich Altherr (1878–1947) and stained glass windows by Max Laeuger (1864–1952)." (Link 1.)

"Brunnen is a locality of the political municipality Ingenbohl and is situated on Lake Lucerne in district Schwyz the canton Schwyz inSwitzerland.
The place name derives from Fountain Middle High German  Bronn, bronnen from what, source 'or' sources' means. In the plane whether fountain that springs Leewasser from artesian springs with an impressive amount of water. This phenomenon is the origin of fountains as the name of the community." "Founded in 1886On October 10, 1886 committed Brunner have called the Reformed church community into being. Already 14 days later, on October 24, 1886, was the first pastor Max pipe which on the Schwarzenegg had its sphere of influence, to his office in Fountain.

"Pioneering work in BrunnenNow began a period of intense pioneering work. Everything had to be rebuilt. The church events found in the Hotel Waldstätterhof, held at the Hotel Rossli and also in the old schoolhouse. In 1890, the first Protestant church was then ready for occupancy with parsonage. The inauguration took place on 6 July 1890. "The Protestant Church Hilfsverein ZurichAn important role in the history and present of Innerschwyz plays the Protestant Benevolent Society Zurich, supported the communities in organizing and financing the Church's life. An interesting source of community history, the annual reports of the Benevolent Society, which the priest had to annually submit a report, from the interesting extracts were incorporated in the annual report of the Benefit Society. They bear witness to trace the history since the church planting.

"The Reformed Church St. Johann  (names for St. John the Baptist) in Davos in the canton of Graubünden is the oldest Talkirche in Davos and with a capacity of 800 visitors the most. The distinctive church tower with its six bells is formative for the townscape of DavosPlatz. 
The oldest buildings dates back to the 13th century. In 1528, which was both throughout Davos and thus also in the church of St. Johann Reformation introduced.

Big Bell Tower
"The big bell tower has a height of 71.2 meters and was built in the 1481st In the 16th century the tower roof had to be completely rebuilt after a lightning strike. Striking is the resultant twist since the shingle roof by 43 percent, which in the Alpine temporarily extreme weather conditions can be attributed. The tower is basically inaccessible, groups can visit it by appointment, however. 2003 the tower was newly shingles. 35 larches were beaten and made ​​from the wood shingles 73,000. 

Sanctuary and Nave
"Today's nave in 1909 rebuilt to more people being able to accommodate. The old pulpit from 1719 was, however, integrated into the new building.

"In the same year was an organ on the north gallery built. It included 22 registers. Today's organ from 1961 has 30 registers and stands on the west gallery. She was of the Felsberger company Metzler Orgelbau created.

"The stained glass windows dating from 1928 submitted by Augusto Giacometti.
"From 2007 to 2009 there was a total renovation of the church, the tower on the facade to the ship inside the church. During the renovation, the located on top of the tower roof was time capsule opened the last time and refilled. The former contents were transferred to the Documentation Library Davos."

Below the church sanctuary is the stone floored crypt with  tombs in the walls.  
Above the tombs are named and dated circular plaques.
